OASIS ABOVE THE SEA – NEW RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD IN MAREZIGE
In a sunny location in Marezige, in close proximity to the school, kindergarten, and shops, a modern neighborhood of ten single-family houses is being developed, designed in the spirit of Istrian architecture. The project combines traditional elements with modern architectural solutions, offering the perfect balance between comfort, nature, and functionality.
About the Project
- 10 single-family houses in four different design types
- Houses are sold up to the third extended construction phase, allowing the buyer to design the interior according to their own preferences
- Scheduled completion of utility infrastructure and the first two houses: autumn 2025
- Estimated completion for the remaining houses: approximately 10 months from agreement with the buyer
The Third Extended Construction Phase Includes:
- Structural works for all floors, roof structure, and roofing
- Installed external joinery, completed façade, and basic exterior landscaping (topsoil filling)
- Paved terrace and two parking spaces
- The buyer receives all documentation required for finishing the house and obtaining the occupancy permit
Key Technical Features
- Structure: reinforced concrete and brick with wooden roof structure
- Roof: dual-pitched, covered with tiles
- Façade: ground floor – stone, upper floor – contact system
- Windows: triple-glazed wooden, sliding glass wall 2.50 m high
- Entrance doors: wooden, burglar-resistant
- Heating and cooling: preparation for heat pump, split air-conditioning, ventilation, chimney for fireplace
- Energy efficiency: projected class B1
