INFORMATIONAL ADVERTISEMENT – ANNOUNCEMENT OF A NEW PROJECT

 

A modern residential project is currently in development in Koper, which will consist of two apartment buildings (two towers) featuring a thoughtfully designed architecture and functional floor plans.

Building A will contain 40 apartments, from the 1st to the 5th floor; the ground floor will feature 3 commercial spaces, a bicycle storage area, and storage rooms.

Building B will contain 30 new apartments, from the 1st to the 5th floor; the ground floor will feature 3 commercial spaces, a bicycle storage area, and storage rooms.

The studio apartment designated B5NB will be located on the 5nd floor of Building B and will include:

 

- living area 16.41 m²

- bathroom 4.03 m²

- terrace 4.59 m²

- storage room 3 m²

 

The building will be located near the old town center in the very heart of Koper.
